- 3 Years Bachelors degree or 3 to 5 years in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a combination of education and experience - Required
- 3 Years Understanding of technologies operating systems networking - Required
- 3 Years Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel - Required
- 3 Years Self-motivated enthusiastic and able to handle multiple support cases - Required
- 3 Years Strong writing skills to maintain organized documentation - Required
- 3 Years Customer-oriented and capable of providing high levels of client satisfaction - Required
- 3 Years Collaborate and work well with others and supporting a team Experience with VOIP technologies is a plus - Required
- 3 Years Strong skills in time and calendar management for team and leadership - Required
- 3 Years Knowledge of network cabling network classification and network topology - Required
