Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Cloud Network Automation Engineer (SME) with a strong background in network engineering and automation across Azure and GCP environments. The ideal candidate will have experience managing network infrastructure as code using GitHub developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and hands-on expertise in designing and building secure scalable cloud networks.
What Youll Do:
- Design develop and automate cloud network infrastructure in Azure and GCP.
- Manage network infrastructure modules in GitHub using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for network deployment and validation using GitHub Actions.
- Lead automation efforts for the provisioning configuration and management of virtual networks firewalls gateways and routing.
- Ensure secure and scalable connectivity across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Collaborate with cloud architects security teams and DevOps engineers to implement robust network automation solutions.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and provide SME-level guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of automated workflows and network topologies.
What You Know:
Required:
- 7 years of experience in network engineering and cloud networking.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure and GCP networking components (VNETs VPCs subnets firewalls NAT routing etc.).
- Proficient in network automation using Terraform Python or similar tools.
- Solid experience managing network IaC modules in GitHub.
- Expertise in creating and managing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
- In-depth understanding of network protocols routing (BGP OSPF) firewall policies and DNS.
- Experience with cloud security best practices in networking.
Preferred:
- Certifications such as Google Professional Cloud Network Engineer Azure Network Engineer Associate or equivalent.
- Experience with cross-cloud network connectivity and hybrid networking.
- Familiarity with tools like Ansible Jenkins or Azure DevOps (in addition to GitHub Actions).
- Exposure to SD-WAN SASE or zero-trust networking models.
