Job Description

Hustlr Staffing Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our on-site team in India. As an HR Recruiter you will play a vital role in sourcing attracting and engaging top talent to meet our clients staffing needs. Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to hiring.
  • Source candidates through various platforms including job boards social media and networking.
  • Create and maintain a talent pool for current and future job openings.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and qualifications.
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates skills experience and fit.
  • Administer assessments as needed to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Negotiate job offers with selected candidates and coordinate with HR for onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and talent availability.
  • Support employer branding efforts to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
  • Provide feedback and reports to management regarding the recruitment process.
  • Participate in job fairs and educational events to promote the company.
  • Assist in refining recruitment policies and processes for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct effective interviews and assessments.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong networking skills with a passion for building relationships.
  • Experience in sourcing candidates through various channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in India.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing recruitment environments.
  • Consideration for candidate experience and employer branding.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
