Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to hiring.
- Source candidates through various platforms including job boards social media and networking.
- Create and maintain a talent pool for current and future job openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and qualifications.
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates skills experience and fit.
- Administer assessments as needed to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Negotiate job offers with selected candidates and coordinate with HR for onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system.

- Build and maintain relationships with candidates for future opportunities.
- Provide feedback and reports to management regarding the recruitment process.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
