Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and analysis to understand user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes prototypes and user flows for websites and applications.
- Develop visual design solutions that align with user experience goals.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility.
- Design and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and usability test results.
- Maintain design consistency across products with style guides and design systems.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to stakeholders.
- Assist in defining and implementing best practices for UI/UX design.
- Engage with users to gather insights and validate design concepts.
- Create high-fidelity mockups for final design approval.
- Author and maintain design documentation.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring innovative design ideas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction or related field.
- 3 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design process and project outcomes.
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development.
- Ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable designs.
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for user-centered design.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in creating wireframes and prototypes.
- Experience with usability testing methods and metrics.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Open to feedback and iterative design processes.
