We re seeking a results-driven professional to lead operations strengthen client relationships and support business expansion. You ll play a key role in optimizing processes deepening client engagement and driving revenue growth across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee client onboarding support and engagement
- Lead cross-sell and up-sell strategies to grow AUM and revenue
- Streamline sales workflows and ensure regulatory compliance
- Manage financial operations including invoicing and cash flow
- Develop B2B partnerships and growth opportunities
- Collaborate on marketing and strategic planning initiatives
Qualifications:
- 10 12 years in sales operations wealth management or business development
- Strong client management analytical and leadership skills
- Experience with compliance and financial tools (CRM reporting software)
- Passion for scaling teams and delivering measurable growth
