Job Description

A leading building material industry is looking for the Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling building material products to clients contractors architects and dealers. The role involves identifying new business opportunities building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets to drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

  • Promote and sell building materials such as cement steel tiles pipes paints adhesives and related products.

  • Develop relationships with contractors builders architects interior designers and dealers.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients showcasing product features and benefits.

  • Negotiate pricing terms and contracts with clients to close sales deals.

  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to provide insights for business strategies.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the management.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate records of all client interactions.

  • Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products.

  • Knowledge of building materials and construction industry trends.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements


  • Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred).

  • 2-5 years of sales experience in building materials or a related industry.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Valid driver s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
