Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Workday Project Manager to lead HCM Payroll and/or Finance Workday implementations. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring project execution stakeholder engagement and overall delivery quality across complex high-impact environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Workday implementation projects (HCM Payroll Finance).
- Manage project timelines budgets resources risk and scope.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and Workday partners.
- Oversee project governance testing strategy change management and training coordination.
- Ensure alignment between business needs system design and implementation activities.
- Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure smooth delivery and integration.
Profil
Profile Sought :
- 7 years of experience in IT or ERP project management including 3 years with Workday.
- Strong knowledge of HCM Payroll or Finance processes.
- Experience working with public sector and/or healthcare clients (asset).
- PMP certification or equivalent (asset).
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Fully bilingual (English and French written and spoken).
- Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project methodologies is an advantage.
