In this role you ll lead the project management of the change strategy work stream within a broader data transformation program (DxP) as well as parts of the broader program itself. You ll play a key role in coordinating and aligning efforts across both levels ensuring that the change management initiatives are seamlessly integrated into the larger transformation journey and other work streams.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Campaign Management
- Own and manage detailed project plans Gantt charts calendars and timelines for internal marketing campaigns and transformation initiatives.
- Lead the project management of the change strategy work stream ensuring alignment with the broader DxP program.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative content and executive stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of assets and milestones.
- Track progress manage risks and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
- Lead campaign planning and execution including segmentation stakeholder engagement and performance tracking.
Marketing & Communications
- Collaborate with marketing and communications leads to develop and execute internal campaigns that drive awareness engagement and adoption of transformation initiatives.
- Manage the creative development process including asset reviews approvals and production workflows.
- Oversee the content and events pipeline sourcing prioritizing and ensuring quality and consistency across all deliverables.
- Draft and edit a wide range of communication materials tailored for internal stakeholders including articles executive communications and digital content.
- Design and execute internal events such as town halls symposiums hackathons and immersive learning experiences that support transformation goals.
Measurement & Optimization
- Monitor stakeholder sentiment and engagement metrics to inform campaign adjustments.
- Facilitate feedback loops and apply insights to continuously improve communication and engagement strategies.
- Take a data-driven approach to track progress and make informed decisions.
Qualifications
- 7 10 years of experience in project management marketing or communications within a large corporate environment.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of internal marketing GTM strategy and campaign execution.
- Experience managing creative teams and content production workflows.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Smartsheet Asana MS Project).
- Excellent communication collaboration and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in digital transformation or financial services is a plus.
