Epoxy Installer Specialty Surfaces

Jack Laurie Group is growing and we re looking for a Epoxy Installer with experience to join our Specialty Surfaces Division in Indianapolis. This role is ideal for an experienced installer who takes pride in delivering high-performance visually striking floors across a range of environments from industrial to commercial to decorative.

What You ll Do:

• Install a wide range of specialty floor systems including epoxy coatings urethane cements decorative quartz or flake systems and more
  

• Prepare surfaces using grinders shot blasters and other prep equipment
  

• Work with polished concrete systems including densifiers dyes and polishing processes
  

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail throughout each project
  

• Collaborate with crew members to complete jobs efficiently and professionally
  

• Travel locally to job sites as needed (some night or weekend work may be required)
  

Requirements:

• Experience with epoxy installation and/or polished concrete is required
  

• Must have a valid drivers license
  

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
  

• Reliable transportation
  

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
  

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced changing work environment
  

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
