Job Summary:
We re partnering with a property management company dedicated to building vibrant communities and enhancing the living experience for their residents. They are currently seeking an experienced and driven Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee the operations of several smaller multifamily properties and single-family homes throughout the Atlanta area.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Property Management:
Oversee the daily operations of multiple small multifamily properties and single-family homes across the Atlanta area.
Manage rent collection lease administration maintenance coordination and vendor relationships.
Monitor property budgets and prepare financial reports to support operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all relevant local state and federal housing regulations.
Staff Leadership and Development:
Supervise and support on-site property management and maintenance teams.
Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals updates and performance expectations.
Track performance metrics provide ongoing feedback and conduct performance evaluations.
Collaborate with HR on recruiting onboarding and retaining a skilled motivated team.
Resident Relations and Community Engagement:
Foster strong positive relationships with residents by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Help coordinate community activities and events to strengthen resident engagement.
Maintain a safe clean and welcoming environment across all properties.
Partner with local service providers and community organizations to enhance services for residents.
Business Development and Marketing:
Develop marketing strategies to maintain high occupancy rates including managing online listings and local outreach.
Build partnerships with local businesses and organizations to increase property visibility and generate referrals.
Stay informed on local market trends and competitor offerings to help keep properties competitive in rates and services.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Property Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
Previous experience in property management ideally overseeing multiple sites or scattered-site portfolios.
Strong leadership organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and resolve issues.
Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
