Leasehold Property Manager
North East Community Based
Permanent Full Time (37.5 hpw)
Salary 30k - 35k negotiable depending on skills and experience plus great benefits including Health Cash Plan!

In this autonomous role you bring your leasehold knowledge and well provide the support and training to develop your property management skills.
Typical day as a Leasehold Property Manager
- Youll be the face of Home Group responsible for a small portfolio of schemes carrying out site inspections.
- Youll manage customer queries arrears anti-social behaviour complaints and safeguarding.
- Youll work with customers both on a one-to-one basis and to facilitate wider scheme meetings and resident associations
- Youll collaborate with our maintenance colleagues and the wider leasehold team to ensure the scheme is compliant and has an effective planned maintenance programme
- Youll collaborate to ensure scheme service charge accounts are accurate and transparent for our customers.
- Your overall mission is to improve the leasehold customer experience with Home Group.

You have
- Demonstrable experience in customer service and a commitment to seeing complex issues through to resolution.
- Experience of working with customers in leasehold or rented properties.
- It would be great if you have qualifications in TPI (previously known as IRPM) RICS or other relevant housing/property management certificates.
- Line management experience is a bonus!
- To get from A to B youll need a vehicle insured for business purposes. The great news is tha well pay your mileage!

Youll join Natalie our Leasehold Operations Manager who has been with Home Group for 8 months but has been in the sector for over ten years so knows her stuff on all things leasehold!

Job details
- Community based spending most of your time working in the community with our customers. The rest of your time is split between home and the office working with the wider team or in training and team meetings.
- Where our customers need us is where you will be!
- Youll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
