Job Description

Sr Associate Buyer with:

Experience in management of Requisitions PO conversion per SAP Report.
Experience in Raw Materials Planning
SAP experience
Managing supplier communication and escalation regarding: PO delivery postponement past due / missed orders PO quantity discrepancies closing balances missing documents COA / packing list.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience participating in projects.
Experience in Rapid Response (nice to have).
Knowledge in Smart-sheet and any other reporting for metrics. (Nice to have)

Requirements

High school/GED and 4 years of directly related work experience or
Associate s and 2 years of directly related work experience or
Bachelor s and 6 months years of directly related work experience
Bilingual (Spanish/English)(Write/Speak)
Computer literacy
