Requirements
What Youll Do
Strategic Operations Leadership:
- Team Management: Lead and develop middle management teams across Operations and Customer Service ensuring optimal staffing training and performance management.
- Service Excellence: Develop and implement customer service vision and strategy ensuring agreed service levels and customer satisfaction targets are consistently met.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve operational processes implement efficiency measures and drive productivity gains across all operational areas.
Supply Chain & Logistics Management:
- Inventory Planning: Prepare and place inbound orders based on sales trends forecasts and regional targets while managing product availability and minimizing stock-outs.
- Warehouse Operations: Ensure warehouses comply with standards for housekeeping security inventory control and loss prevention while maintaining optimal picking and packing efficiency.
- Distribution Excellence: Monitor courier performance negotiate freight costs and implement cross-docking solutions to optimize delivery times and reduce costs.
Financial & Budget Management:
- Budget Ownership: Prepare annual budgets for distribution variables manage rolling forecasts and control operational costs against agreed targets.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze budget variances initiate corrective actions and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
- Investment Optimization: Make data-driven decisions on operational investments to maximize ROI and long-term profitability.
Project & Performance Management:
- Project Leadership: Define project objectives manage timelines conduct cost-benefit analyses and ensure successful implementation of operational improvements.
- KPI Management: Monitor and achieve key performance indicators including NPS DEX DOI OFR and service level metrics.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate effectively with Sales Marketing Finance and Global Planning teams to ensure aligned execution.
Who You Are
- Experienced Leader: 7 years in supply chain logistics and customer relations with minimum 5 years in similar management position.
- Educational Background: University degree in Engineering Administration or Business (Masters degree preferred).
- Industry Expert: Fast-moving consumer goods experience with deep understanding of importation customs clearance and regulatory requirements.
- People Manager: Proven track record of managing teams across multiple locations with strong interpersonal motivational and leadership skills.
- Analytical Thinker: Excellent analytical and capacity planning skills with ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
- Process-Oriented: Very organized structured and detail-focused with strong project management capabilities.
- Adaptable Professional: Flexible and adaptable to change capable of working under pressure while maintaining high standards.
