Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team in Washington DC. This role involves assisting clients with inquiries resolving product or service issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will serve as a key connection between our customers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and internal ticketing system
Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken
Collaborate with the operations and IT departments to ensure seamless support
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
Provide feedback on common customer issues and suggest improvements
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred
1 years of experience in a customer support or administrative role
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with CRM software or helpdesk tools is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
