We are seeking a motivated Junior Account Representative to support our client service team in managing accounts building client relationships and ensuring consistent service delivery. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are eager to grow their careers in account management and client relations.
Responsibilities
Assist Account Managers in day-to-day client communications and support
Maintain accurate records of client accounts and deliverables
Prepare client reports presentations and status updates
Resolve client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Track account performance and help identify opportunities for upselling
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless project execution
Support client onboarding processes and maintain strong client engagement
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field
02 years of experience in customer service sales or account support
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint)
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a team setting
