We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Phoenix AZ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building client relationships identifying new sales opportunities and providing tailored solutions to meet our customers needs. You will play a key role in promoting Beloforms products and ensuring a smooth sales process from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
Responsibilities
Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions
Present and demonstrate products services and solutions effectively
Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals and presentations
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Collaborate with internal teams (design operations customer service) to ensure client satisfaction
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Stay updated on product knowledge market trends and competitors
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales preferably in design construction or interior solutions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with diverse clients
Highly organized self-motivated and results-driven
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred)
