Job Description
Beloform is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will help streamline both internal and external communication initiatives ensure consistent messaging and support the execution of strategic communication plans.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the production of communication materials including press releases newsletters and internal announcements
Support the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies
Maintain and update company documents media kits and press materials
Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure message consistency
Monitor public communications and support brand voice and image across all platforms
Assist in the organization of corporate events meetings and presentations
Track communication metrics and provide reports on outcomes and improvements
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a communications-related role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and editing skills
