Duties And Responsibilities
Administrative duties including management of the athletic department external relations and revenue generating departments a member of the athletic department senior staff sport supervision contract negotiations and management campus conference and national committee representation. Supervision of athletic external relations staff and departments and select coaches and sport programs. Responsible for increasing revenue in all categories including to but not limited to athletic tickets sponsorships events NIL opportunities and Bobcat Club activities. Under the direction of the Director of Athletics serve as the liaison to the Montana State University Alumni Foundation to include major gifts endowments annual giving M Club sports specific giving estate and planned giving opportunities reporting and all policies and procedures relating to donations. In cooperation with the Montana State University Alumni Foundation coordination of the Bobcat Club Annual Scholarship Fund including the annual giving campaign per seat contributions the athletic priority point program and M Club. In cooperation with the Montana State University Alumni Foundation coordination of all sport specific giving including clubs and excellence funds and the relationships with their leadership as well as business related to student-athlete NIL and revenue sharing with direct oversight by the Director of Athletics. Coordinate with MSU Alumni Foundation all special events including donor recognition fundraising events reunions and game day hospitality. Oversee all aspects of premium seating including football sky suites cabanas club seats/level. Manage donor travel with Athletics. Provide service excellence in all areas. Other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.
