You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWere looking for a Director of Business Development for North America to lead the charge in how Mews connects with future customers. Youll own the performance development and growth of our regional BD team (inbound and outbound) coaching managers shaping processes and driving a high-performing pipeline engine across both inbound and outbound motion.
This is a role for a builder and a coach: someone who can scale people processes and impact. Youll work cross-functionally with marketing operations and commercial leads to ensure our demand engine is fast focused and flawlessly executed.
Please note were building a vibrant sale hub in Dallas. While Mews remains remote-first were looking for SDR and BDR team members who want to develop their careers in a collaborative in-person environment learning with their teammates in the office at least 3 days a week.
