Job Description
CEDA is looking to hire a skilled Labourer for our mechanical team at AOC Leismer in Conklin.
What we offer:
- $36.00 per hour
- Shift: 14x14 with 12 hour days (compressed work schedule)

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain outdoor areas including mowing weed trimming and general lawn care around facilities
- Clean and maintain walkways entrances and common outdoor areas
- Maintaining safe work practices
- Perform general labour tasks such as moving supplies unloading deliveries snow removal (if applicable) and basic site clean up
- Work as part of a team and follow direction from supervision
- Assist Maintenance and facilities operations staff as needed
- Ensure all work is performed in compliance with all safety policies and OH&S standards
Role Specifications:
- Previous experience in groundskeeping landscaping or general labour in an oilfield setting
- Valid Class 5 licence (non GDL) with no more than 5 demerits in the last 3 years is required
- Physically able to lift 50lbsm perform manual work in varying outdoor conditions
- The following tickets are required: H2S Alive standard first aid and CSO or CSTS2020
- Basic mechanical aptitude and experience using small tools and lawn / yard care equipment
- Able to provide a negative result on a pre-employment drug and alcohol test booked by CEDA
- Ability to work well in both independent and team environments and manage multiple tasks while working under minimal supervision
