Key Responsibilities
- Legal Advisory & Contract Management: Provide strategic legal counsel and guidance on a wide array of business and legal topics. Draft review and negotiate complex commercial agreements and legal documents with a primary focus on dedicated Bosch entities in the BeNeLux region.
- Product Lifecycle Legal Support: Act as a trusted legal advisor throughout the entire product lifecyclefrom development and market entry to quality and compliance matters. Offer expertise in areas such as IP/IT law antitrust litigation and general commercial law while collaborating in a dynamic international environment.
- External Counsel Coordination: Manage the engagement and oversight of external legal advisors ensuring efficient and effective legal support where specialized expertise is required.
- Legal Operations & Knowledge Management: Maintain robust systems and processes for legal documentation issue tracking and knowledge sharing to support organizational learning and compliance.
- Global Collaboration: Liaise with legal and business departments across the Bosch Group worldwide to ensure alignment and leverage global best practices.
Qualifications :
Job Requirements:
- Masters degree (LLM) in Dutch (private) law with in-depth knowledge of Dutch legislation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as legal counsel in an international industrial environment with strong expertise in commercial contracts; experience in software IT or product law is a plus.
- Solid background in construction and corporate law; knowledge of competition law is an advantage.
- High ethical standards sound judgment and a pragmatic solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
- Strong communication critical thinking and business acumen.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard business software.
- International exposure and interest in technology and industry preferred.
