We are looking for a motivated critical thinker that is results driven to provide high quality customer service and join our dynamic team as aCustomer Claims Representative.
Hourly Rate: $16.50 - $17.00
A Day in the Life at Dart:
This fast paced job requiring attention to detail and investigative skills to validate rebate claims for customers across the United States. Your ability to gather information and chase down answers will be part of the exciting day to day always challenging but rewarding responsibilities.We offer an onsite gym and cafeteria a laid back environment where wearing jeans is encouraged and paid time off after 30 days!

The ideal candidate understands that a positive outlook big picture thinking and effectively working with others will set the stage for long term success for both themselves and the business.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six (6) months of experience in the customer service field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision
- Able to effectively manage and execute multiple tasks projects and priorities
- Microsoft Excel skills to include the ability to create basic spreadsheets open close edit (e.g. cut paste insert and delete rows) and save spreadsheets
- Able to stay focused and engaged in a work environment that is open and active
- Ability to maintain composure and adapt in a dynamic fast-paced customer-focused work environment characterized by rapid change minimal lead times and multiple competing priorities
- Math skills to include simple addition subtraction multiplication division fractions and decimals
- Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related information to internal and external customers
- Ability to exhibit creativity and flexibility when solving complex problems
