Job Description

Description

Job duties involve contact with customers which may include minors and access to cash and other payment methods electronic equipment personal information store merchandise and other items of value and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Companys customers staff employees vendors contractors and the general public.

This position may require 20% travel.

The working hours for this position are 40 hours weekly.

This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Companys applicable plans.


Responsibilities
  • Coordinate selling efforts to grow new and incremental sales with the Target Account list.
  • Develop a strategy to grow sales & profits to customers and identify items or product categories that require specific attention in support of this strategy.
  • Collect reliable customer/territory information and estimate individual customer potential.
  • Handle customer complaints within lines of authority and manage process to resolution.
  • Identify ways to deepen the business relationship with your customers.
  • Determine where customer is in the overall Sales Process and what steps are necessary to move the process along.


Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • High school diploma or comparable certification.
  • Experience as an S-W Assistant Store Manager Operations Manager or Store Manager or comparable non-SW sales/customer service experience.
  • Completed training certification for your current position if required.
  • Minimum performance review rating of 3 (Standard).
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have a valid drivers license.
  • Ability to work all scheduled hours as needed.
  • Employee must obtain appropriate insurance as defined by Corporate Policy.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Time management skills to organize daily planning and monthly activities.
  • Bachelors Degree in a business-related field.
  • Some sales experience in coatings or related fields.
