PathPoint is seeking a full-time Mental Health Program Manager to join our Life Skills Center in Thousand Oaks CA 91360.
If you believe that making a difference is central in life then youll want to be a Mental Health Program Manager at the Life Skills Center for our Behavioral Health division! Make a difference in the lives of our clients who have mental illness and build meaningful relationships by walking alongside and assisting them with the skills they need to thrive in their daily lives. As a Program Manager you will lead a strong team in teaching social skills coping skills and independent living skills to individuals with chronic and persistent mental illness. You will lead in providing client services on a one-on-one basis lead rehabilitation groups and supervise groups on outings in the community. Other responsibilities include managing center operations participating in meetings to discuss client progress creating efficiency in scheduling staff and client activities building meaningful relationships with stakeholders and our referral sources.

What Were Looking For:
Schedule: This is a full-time position for 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.
Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt position. The pay range for this position is $28.00-$35.00 an hour.
**Wages subject to change based on a variety of factors and the maximum pay represents the wage potential based on attaining the highest level of position experience license level talent and responsibilities.
