Main Responsibilities
Manages DTP tasks for assigned projects.
Troubleshoots and supports desktop publishers and project managers.
Responsible for project quality and delivery from the DTP perspective.
Drives DTP guidelines and DTP instructions.
Oversees quality of work outsourced to desktop publishing teams.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required
Knowledge of Word Excel PowerPoint InDesign and graphic tools.
- Multimedia Skills would be added advantage.
Knowledge of PDF OCR tools.
Troubleshooting abilities.
Quality Process driven.
Proven Project Management abilities.
Problem solving skills.
Capability of coaching other team members.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proven multi-tasking time management and attention to detail skills.
Education / Experience
High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
Technical positions may require a certificate.
Previous experience that provides the knowledge skills and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 to 4 years).
