Your mission
- Help us redefine an entire industry by building the state of the art tools for veterinarians based on modern technologies
- Develop and maintain new features for our Core Backend our website and our vet software
- Develop extensions of our service/technology such as APIs or other integrations
- Augment existing engineering infrastructure
- Collaborate with us in person working in Hybrid 2 days a week in office mode
Your Skills
- 5 years of software development experience
- Deep expertise in PHP (Laravel and its ecosystem) and MySQL
- Expertise with API development and integration as well as with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS)
- Full-cycle software development experience high standards with best practices including test automation (PHPUnit Pest) static analysis etc.
- Knowledge of software architecture principles (MVC SOLID)
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills
- Ability and desire to understand a rather complex and wide business domain (digital veterinary practice)
- Bachelors in Computer Science or similar technical field of study or equivalent experience preferred
- Ability and desire to learn fast
- CI/CD experience
- Experience with React
- Web-tech start-up experience
- German language knowledge
