Job Description
Position: Senior ETL Informatica Developer
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: Full Time
Client: Federal
Must have skills:
- An active MBI clearance with the IRS is required and considered mandatory.
- At least 9 years relevant work experience in IT industry.
- At least 5 years of experience with Extract Transform and Loads in Informatica software
- Strong expertise in ETL Informatica Power Center to develop and enhance ETLs from various sources.
- Proven experience assessing clients workloads and technology landscape for Cloud suitability develop business case and Cloud adoption roadmap
- Must be very strong in Creating new Informatica mappings transitioning other ETLs to new Informatica mappings or modifying existing mappings.
- Should have experience with trouble-shooting Informatica session failures and the ability to performance tune mappings.
- Expertise in Data modelling BI tool and IDQ experience is a plus but not required.
- Data warehousing Data modeling Data integration Data Migration ETL process and Business Intelligence
- Data Modeling design analyze and implement - conceptual logical and physical data model Data conversion Data integration and Data Mining specialization in the area of Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence
- Responsible for installing configuring developing support and maintenance of the BI APPS
- Develops ETLs using Informatica to facilitate Extraction Transformation and data Load from OLTP systems to OLAP systems
- Designed schema using KPIs Fact Dimensions Physical Logical Alias and Extension tables
- Built Business Model and established relationships & Foreign Keys (Physical & Logical) between tables
- Creates LDAP authentication to enable Single-Sign on for Users in Development environment leveraging Analytics Repository
- Use Informatica Mapping Designer to create/update mapping using different transformations required to move data into data warehouse
- Strong knowledge in Power Exchange Data Warehouse Development Extraction ETL Data Integration Analytics
