Teacher - Chemistry
Blacksburg High School

Montgomery County Schools in Virginia is accepting applications for a high school Chemistry teacher that is available at Blacksburg High School for the 2025-2026 school year.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
To develop and implement an instructional program that will effectively provide the best possible education for each student.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Hold or be eligible for a Virginia Teachers License with appropriate endorsement to teach Chemistry at the high school level
- Have experience in curriculum development and developing lesson plans
- Have experience and expertise in using technology in education
- Have experience in fostering an inclusive learning environment
- Have experience or working familiarity with Google Drive for instruction collaboration and course work
FLSA: Exempt
SALARY: $ 52832.35 - $ 85613.64; commensurate with experience
