Pay: Competitive class rate based on experience & performance
Schedule: Set weekly blocks with one required weekend shift

Were Looking For:

Comprehensive Pilates Certification (450 hours) from a recognized program such as Balanced Body BASI Stott Power Pilates Peak etc.

Strong experience teaching group Reformer classes

Passion for contemporary Pilates and functional fitness

Ability to motivate and adapt to diverse client needs
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Familiarity with studio software (e.g. ClubReady) or a willingness to learn
Your Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality safe and empowering Pilates Reformer classes

Lead private and semi-private sessions when needed

Maintain a clean and welcoming studio environment

Engage and retain clients through energy presence and follow-up

Promote memberships and studio offerings in a consultative supportive manner
