Maintenance Technician- Journeyman LicensedFull-Time

We are seeking a skilled and licensed Maintenance Technician with a Journeymans license to join our team. This role requires hands-on expertise in maintaining troubleshooting and repairing industrial and facility equipment to ensure optimal performance safety and compliance.
What you will be doing as a Maintenance Technician:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical electrical pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions; perform root-cause analysis.
- Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical drawings.
- Align calibrate and maintain precision in machinery; conduct basic welding and fabrication.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and safety checks.
- Enforce safety protocols including lockout/tagout and PPE compliance.
- Mentor junior technicians and support continuous improvement efforts (e.g. 5S kaizen).
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors as needed.
What you will need as a Maintenance Technician:
- Journeymans license or certificate in a relevant trade (mechanical HVAC electrician etc.)
- 36 years of industrial or commercial maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical pneumatic hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and maintenance software
- Basic welding fabrication and component repair skills
- Excellent safety practices and physical capability (lift up to 50 lbs work in confined spaces)
- Valid drivers license; ability to travel between sites if required
- Strong communication and mentoring abilities
