Job Description
Key Performance Areas:
1. Co-ordinating quality checks for process parameters as per desired frequency.
2. Ensuring product quality at standard with Quality best practices.
3. Prepare SOP and checklist of all quality process.
4. Safety and upkeep of the assets of the organization.
5. Directly responsible RM PM testing.
6. Ensuring Calibration of lab instruments.
7. Ensure CCP monitoring and control.
8. Responsible for NPD product trial quality compliance.
9. Responsible for daily shift activities/issues and closure of action plan.
10. Directly responsible for all quality incident in the shift.
11. Directly responsible for salvage of all HOLD and rejected material.
12. Directly responsible quality data keeping and analysis of data for the shift.
13. Directly responsible for adherence to GMP practices and Personnel hygiene practices on shopfloor.
14. Support AIB ISO -22000 and QA documentation.
15. Directly responsible for the compliance to the process parameter as per Process manual.
16. Directly responsible for product traceability.
17. Directly responsible for record keeping and monitoring
18. Directly responsible legal deceleration on packaging and testing for the same.
19. Directly responsible implement tobacco policy Jewellery policy glass policy etc.
20. Directly responsible for achieving quality targets laid by organizations.
21. Directly responsible for plant hygiene and sanitation.
