We at EPI are looking for dependable reliable assertive customer service oriented individuals to join our team working Clemson Tigers football games as parking attendants. Your primary function will be to greet fans as they arrive to Tiger Town and validate parking passes and assist with directing cars to their space. You will monitor the lots to ensure everyones safety and well being throughout the tailgating day.
Requirements: To be considered for this role you must possess the ability to read a credential board speak clearly and assertively have sound judgement follow direct orders be firm but fair maintain customer service levels at all times (even when telling someone no!). You must maintain composure in an exciting atmosphere and not be timid or afraid to speak out and tell someone No.
Additionally:
You must be able to pass a background check.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must have at leas a High School diploma or GED.
Employees must maintain a neat and presentable image at all times.
Must be able to stand for long periods of times.
Individuals working this role will be given the opportunity to work other events at Clemson University in addition to other events across the region to include Anderson Seneca Greenville Spartanburg and beyond.
