Job Summary
We are looking for a Production Intern to join Tetra Pak factory based in Spain Sevilla. This is a paid 6-month internship contracted through the Business School or University agreement; therefore a valid student status is a must for this position.
We are looking for a candidate who is an active university student and eligible to work for the entire duration of the internship.
What you will do
As a Production Intern at Tetra Pak (Sevilla Spain) you will:
- Be responsible for checking and managing the daily needs to cover the full manpowership of production shifts. This includes daily contact with the different temporary work companies with which we collaborate.
- Update and maintain all the reports / information derived from the management of the different temporary work companies with which we collaborate:
- List of employees
- Qualification
- Skills for different production operator roles
- Be responsible for the management and organization of training for new production operators when the need arises. This includes collaboration with Safety Quality Maintenance Logistics ... to assess training needs.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to understand and support them with their staff needs of trained collaborators.
- Develop key skills throughout the internship including communication initiative teamwork and self-learning.
We believe you have
- You are a student in Labour Services Labour relations and Human Resources or equivalent
- You are fluent in Spanish
- Your MS Office skills are at an average level (Excel PowerPoint Word).
- You have good communication skills and are able to work independently as well as part of a team with a structured and organized approach.
- You are administrative organized systematic consistent and results-oriented with a strong personal drive.
