Your Journey:

Receive structured guidance and support from mentors. Undergo a 1-year program with rotations in different areas:

  • Sales: Generate leads prepare pitches and support the sales team to drive business growth.
  • Marketing: Focus in Digital Marketing clients behavior research and analyze campaign performance.
  • Event Operations: Work on logistics planning on-site deployment and event management.

Qualifications :

Who are we looking for

  • Recent graduate (within the past 1 year) with a degree in event management business administration marketing or a related field.
  • Passionate about the events industry with a strong desire to build a career in event management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with internal teams clients and external stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software is a plus.
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English
