The Workforce Optimisation team is responsible for developing job cards (Rail Traffic Crew daily activities) to support changes to Queensland Rails SEQ Master Train Plan Concept Modelling special events and large-scale network closures.
Our team of specialists combine the use of HASTUS and internally developed tools with a comprehensive understanding of our business to provide robust data-driven insights to help inform future strategic planning for traincrew.
We are a supportive unit that works collaboratively with each other and external stakeholders.

This is a full-time fixed-term position based in Brisbane CBD concluding on 30 June 2026. The role offers a starting salary of $135199 plus 12.75% superannuation along with hybrid work options to support a healthy work-life balance.

If you reside outside of Queensland please note that this role requires relocation to Brisbane by your start date as full-time remote work or fly-in/fly-out arrangements are not supported.
