Join our team as the Principal Analyst Remediation Analytics Data and Reporting where youll play a key role in driving the development and delivery of accurate fit-for-purpose reporting and insights to support Customer Remediation across Insurance. Acting as a technical expert and key liaison between business needs and data solutions youll work across complex data systems and flows to ensure reporting aligns with group standards and stakeholder requirements. This is a great opportunity to contribute to meaningful outcomes through expert analysis data integration and strategic reporting in a highly collaborative environment.

What youll do:

  • Lead complex data analysis to provide strategic insights and identify improvement opportunities developing innovative solutions to meet business needs.
  • Deliver and maintain accurate compliant reporting insights and analytics from sources such as Redshift and IRIIS to support Remediation programs.
  • Develop advanced dashboards and visualisations to communicate insights and trends effectively for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and provide actionable insights through comprehensive reporting and analytics aligned with regulatory frameworks and standards.
  • Manage data assets ensuring data quality security and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on data systems flows and integrations supporting effective data-driven decision-making.
  • Redesign and optimise business processes and reporting to align with strategic objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders ensuring solutions meet business objectives and support Customer Remediation outcomes.

What youll Bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT Business or associated field (Mandatory)
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) (Highly Regarded)
  • 10 years of experience in a data-related role in a primarily analyst type capacity.
  • Proficiency in data analysis data management or database systems is a plus.
  • Insurance and/or financial services (highly desired)
  • Track record of working in a fast-paced collaborative cross-functional environment
