Hospice RN Clinical Team Manager

Branch: Irving TX Schedule: M-F 8-5 Salaried

Position Overview:

As a Hospice RN Clinical Team Manager you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care and overseeing the implementation supervision and administration of all patient care programs. This position ensures the achievement of clinical and administrative outcomes promotes the safety and well-being of both staff and patients and ensures compliance with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
    • Oversee the coordination and quality of care provided during the hospice benefit period.
    • Inspire mentor and engage your team to deliver exceptional patient care and achieve professional growth.
  • Patient Care Oversight:
    • Ensure the safe cost-effective delivery of professional and supportive services to clients.
    • Maintain compliance with corporate and industry standards.
  • Clinical Excellence:
    • Oversee clinical practices to ensure high-quality outcomes.
    • Promote staff engagement and well-being while fostering a culture of safety.
  • Administrative Duties:
    • Supervise daily operations to meet organizational objectives.
    • Collaborate with the Regional Branch Director to ensure alignment with the companys mission.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in science or Bachelors degree from a School of Nursing (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a registered nurse in Home Health or Hospice with leadership experience (preferred).
  • Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
  • Valid drivers license insurance and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
