Job Description
The ClaimsManager(CM) Analystis responsible forbuilding and supporting CM modules for Live and implementing customers.
This role involves day-to-day maintenance of the CM system enhancement build and new implementation build
The CM Analyst will collaborate with CDI Coding and revenue cycle users to address issues and improve edit solutions
Need to play a vital role in Testing and go-live support
Documentation and migration of build
Collaborative problem-solving and solution design
Communicate with requesters foradditionalinformation
Assistin requirements gathering workflow analysis build testing and go-live phases
Provide implementation support for new practices and modules
Engage with third parties for integrated workflow definition build test and troubleshooting
Work with end users and subject matter experts to address enhancement and optimization
requests
Research design build and test workflows and enhancements
Other duties as assigned
