As a Talent Development Business Partner with a focus on Learning & Tech you will design and deliver impactful learning experiences that enable on-the-job development build capabilities at scale and support continuous growth. You will also manage our internal learning tech stack and ensure learning systems are efficient engaging and aligned to business needs.
Your mission should you choose to accept it:
- Design and build on-the-job learning resources (bots automations media and toolkits for teams and managers).
- Manage and continuously improve our learning platform(s) ensuring accessibility relevance and adoption.
- Curate and manage internal learning programs including async learning journeys and live workshops.
- Facilitate learning sessions and contribute to delivery of org-wide programs.
- Track and report on learning data to measure impact and inform iteration.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to scale knowledge sharing and peer learning.
Youll be a great fit if you bring the below with you:
- Deep experience in L&D enablement or talent development ideally in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
- Strong skills in designing blended and async learning experiences that scale toolkits journeys live sessions and on-the-job resources.
- Hands-on with learning tech (e.g. LMS/LXP AI tools automation platforms) and comfortable improving systems for adoption and usability.
- Confident facilitator able to lead engaging learning sessions across virtual and global audiences.
- Track record of managing programs end-to-end from needs analysis to design delivery and measurement.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced change; proactive in spotting gaps and driving solutions.
- Strong communicator who can influence senior stakeholders and translate learning into business value.
- Data-savvy using insights to iterate and improve learning experiences and tools.
