Our flagship Reeds Rains office in Manchester City Centre are looking to recruit a highly motivated individual on a full time permanent basis.
Established in 1868 Reeds Rains has the local knowledge and expertise to make the letting of a property as easy and straight forward as possible. We pride ourselves on our friendly staff who are always on hand to ensure the letting experience delivers a high-quality professional service.

In this role you will support new landlords in the rental journey from initial contact valuation through to providing advice and recommendations using knowledge of current legislation and the letting process. Throughout this you will be offering exceptional customer service.
We are looking for candidate with a proven track record in estate or letting agency offers outstanding communication and someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service to all of our clients whilst achieving the right results and enhancing our reputation.
As Lettings New Business and Investment Manager we are proud to offer:
- On Target Earning (OTE) in excess of 44000 per annum
- 25000 per annum basic Salary
- 4000 per annum Car allowance
- 5-day working week
- 25 days holiday and bank holidays
- Company pension
- ARLA/Propertymark qualifications.

As a target driven individual you will have experience within the lettings industry and have relevant and up to date lettings legislation knowledge.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
This branch is independently owned and operated by FAVSCO23 under a franchise arrangement and is part of a national network of Reeds Rains branches.
