Job Summary

As the HR Manager for Levy at Stanford University youll be a strategic and dynamic HR professional acting as a trusted partner to leadership. Youll oversee all aspects of Human Resources focusing onrecruitment training and engagement to create unforgettable guest experiences and drive operational excellence. This role requires an individual who is both a subject matter expert and a business partner capable of influencing at all levels

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • 35 years of HR management experience preferably in hospitality or operations
  • Working knowledge of California labor law and employment regulations
  • Proficient in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong background in recruitment compliance and employee relations

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment onboarding and offboarding
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws safety standards and Levy policies
  • Serve as the point of contact for employee relations issues
  • Support performance reviews corrective actions and training initiatives
  • Maintain and audit HR files records and systems
  • Partner with department leaders on staffing strategies and development plans
