Organizational and personal processes in which I am involved deal with the development of the organization, its managers and employees out of a comprehensive understanding that sees before its eyes the combination of organizational motivations of the company and the employees in order to bring better results to all involved. I have a bachelor's degree in economics and political science, a master's degree in organizational and strategic consulting, a group facilitation course at Tel Aviv University, a certificate course in psychotherapy using the Gestalt method, a Career Development Facilitator Training from the NCDA and other methods such as focus, coaching processes and more. I am a consultant in the activities of Maof, the agency for small and medium-sized businesses. I held senior management positions in finance, human resources and strategic development in various organizations when I was vice president of the Peres Center for Peace and Innovation, as general manager of the Institute for Rehabilitation of Heads, Elent Israel and the Israeli Consulate in New York and the Israeli Embassy to the UN. My work combines processes of locating and developing human resources, accompanying various people in employment development processes and assisting business owners, managers and various employees to develop management skills, effective communication, management practices, relationships between partners, customer management, resolving internal organizational tensions while creating a professional and pleasant work environment.
