LOCATION DETAILS Indianapolis IN

WORK HOURS: Monday Friday 3:00pm - 11:00pm

Full Time Team members work 8-hour shifts for 40 hours per week. Shift times may vary and extra hours may be added to your schedule to ensure we fulfill our commitments to customers.

Peak Season (July-December) Requirements

Mandatory overtime may include some Saturdays and Sundays.

HOW YOULL MAKE AN IMPACT:

The BSN SPORTS team is currently seeking a Production Team Lead to join our team. Your work will positively impact on the lives of those athletes coaches and sports teams that seek to utilize cutting-edge apparel and equipment.

As a member of theBSN Sports team theTeam Lead (Print Room)plays a critical role within our print operation and is responsible for executing production schedules ensuring quality products are produced and delivered problem-solving issues with orders and supporting our production team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO ON A DAILY BASIS:

• Work with Supervisor on achieving daily goals of safety quality delivery and productivity
• Execute the daily schedule including pre-and-postproduction needs
• Ensure orders are produced to the highest quality standards and shipped in a timely manner
• Stage orders perform quality control and ship orders
• Inspect all products for accuracy of order specifications
• Support production team by ensuring they have what they need to be productive

WHAT SKILLS YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

• Experienced great attitude and aptitude for leadership
• Great attention to detail and organization skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate with knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a structured and process-oriented environment
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems
• Ability to work seasonal mandatory OT as needed and maintain excellent attendance
• Read and comprehend documents instructions and correspondence in English to perform job duties efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with team members clients and stakeholders in spoken English ensuring clarity and understanding.
• Participate in meetings discussions and presentations requiring proficient spoken English skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams providing valuable insights and feedback in English.
• Learn tasks quickly accurately driven personable team oriented and punctual with excellence in attendance.
• Ability to add subtract multiply and divide numbers.

KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION

• HS Diploma or GED (required)
• Previous warehouse experience is a bonus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus
• Preference will be given to candidates with previous related experience.
• At least 2-3 years of continued work experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time. Repetitive movement of the body is required on a regular basis. The position requires lifting of no less than 15-50 lbs. on a regular basis. Must be able to tolerate working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
