Designs coordinates and runs employee-related health & well-being services and programs.

Collaborates with all relevant internal stakeholders to prevent early detect case-manage and reintegrate cases of illness or disorder and minimize work-related productivity loss while complying with health regulations.

Role Purpose
To design and implement employee health safety and wellbeing programs ensuring compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies. The role manages health cases and fosters a safe healthy and productive work environment by partnering with and supporting business leaders in fulfilling their duty of care.

Key Responsibilities
include but are not limited to:

• Design and deliver health safety and wellbeing programs aligned with the people and culture strategy and health and safety policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prevent early detect manage and reintegrate cases of illness or disorder and minimize work-related productivity loss.
• Support and provide guidance to business leaders on fulfilling their duty of care and ensure adherence to applicable laws and standards.

• communicates clearly in a way that others can understand within defined processes & policies
• communicates relevant messages in a timely manner and with constructive feedback to colleagues & managers

Formal Requirement

• higher education in the field or specialty of occupational health and safety
• alternatively completed postgraduate studies in occupational health and safety
• additionally at least 1 year of work experience in the health and safety service
• Fluency in English and Polish
