What youll be doing
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with a portfolio of SME clients. Lead regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to uncover new use cases solve pain points and grow adoption.
- Partner closely with Smartsheet account reps to co-develop joint opportunities and expand accounts.
- Work with internal teams to ensure seamless handover to delivery consultants.
- Participate in implementation projects to understand downstream needs and improve pre-sales engagement.
- Learn from experienced consultants and gain exposure to larger enterprise opportunities as you grow.
Your profile
- Youveworkedinsalescustomersuccessorconsulting-ideallyinSaaSorcloudplatforms-whereyouownedclientrelationshipsandsupportedlong-termgrowth
- You have experience with platforms like Smartsheet Excel or other collaboration / project management tools and can confidently demostrate their value.
- Youreconfidentleadingproductdemosandexplainingcomplexconceptsinsimplecompellingways.
- Youenjoythinkingcommerciallytalkingaboutpricingidentifyingupsellopportunitiesandcontributingtobusinessoutcomes.
