Due to our team growth we are looking for a hybrid Senior Client Executive with a lean towards offline but willing to work across all channels.

The role:

In this role you the Senior Client Executive will primarily be responsible for the implementation and buying of media activity on behalf of our clients across all media; offline with some digital. The role involves working closely with your manager working together to ensure campaigns go to market as they have been planned and that delivery is in line with booked parameters.

Core responsibilities:

• You will have a thorough understanding of the media landscape and a strong understanding of all aspects of media implementation and optimisation
• You will have brilliant basics across all offline channels (OOH Radio TV Cinema) with some exposure to digital channels such as direct IO and social
• This includes supporting across; media buying reporting checking bookings as well as the preparation of reports including post analysis final buys and other reporting requirements.
• You will support on all bookings loaded efficiently with minimal queries and resolve these in timely fashion.
• You will stay up to date with media landscape and knowledge keeping a curious mind.
• You will support the management of media bookings & specs documentation
• You will have had some exposure across some of these tools; Spectra SMD Roy Morgan OMA MOVE CM360 VOZ (or eTAM and eRAM)

A bit about you:

• You have solid media partner relationships and product knowledge and the ability to engage and adhere to dentsu QLDs Media Partner engagement approach to drive the best outcomes for your client
• Strong verbal communication and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work to timelines
• Proficiency in supporting on building of documentation and strong administrative skills and attention to detail to support Client & Digital Managers
• Strong implementational and executional background with experience across digital media tools and platforms (priority)
• A proven track record for managing and processing media bookings in an accurate and timely manner
