The Assistant to the Dean provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Dean of the Roy H. Park School of Communications. This position ensures the smooth operation of the Deans Office by managing communications scheduling office logistics and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. It serves as a first point of contact for faculty students staff visitors and partners and plays a central role in supporting student hiring and office operations across the school.

This is an on-campus position in a professional office setting. The role requires regular use of a computer and office equipment as well as occasional movement across campus to deliver materials or attend events.
This position is 37.5 hours per week 52 weeks per year.

Hiring Range:
$20 to $23 per hour commensurate with qualifications and experience.
