Job Description

Job Description: TERREPOWER is setting up a new warehouse site dedicated to receiving storing and distributing Newman and Reman wheels. We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the operations and ensure efficient and effective management of the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in setting up both the new sites in Memphis located less than 1 mile from each other.
  • Oversee the daily operations of a 25-person distribution warehouse.
  • Ensure all incoming shipments are accurately received and documented.
  • Manage inventory control and ensure all products are properly stored and accounted for.
  • Coordinate with other distribution centers to ensure timely and accurate shipment of wheels.
  • Implement and maintain warehouse safety and security protocols.
  • Train supervise and evaluate warehouse staff.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor and manage warehouse budget including labor equipment and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics.
  • Safety-focused with experience in training staff on safety protocols.
  • Lead/supervisory experience and people management skills.
  • Experience with forklifts order pickers and motorized pallet jacks.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Teams.
  • Experience utilizing shipping software ERP WMS or similar software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
