Account Manager, Crozier

To that end our Accounts Manager is responsible for building growing and strengthening client relationships to deliver client-oriented solutions across Croziers entire portfolio. In addition the candidate will drive performance by effectively motivating and coaching their team to exceed objectives and expand the teams technical capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the main point of contact clients ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction and growth of the account

• Develop Account Plans Quarterly Business Reviews and execute on all aspects of account and project management

• Work closely with multiple operations and business functions as well as external partners through the sales and project lifecycle

• Manage a range of service projects from supporting our clients with their day-to-day transactional needs to working on their more complex large-scale and International projects staying within scope and budget

• Utilize a consultative approach to determine technical requirements design solutions define dependencies assess risks and build proposals

• Provide clear and concise directives to operating departments and agents ensuring estimates work orders and invoices are clear and deliver to the customers expectations in a timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3 to 5 Years of Experience in Sales Account and/or Project Management

• Prior experience with selling and account management sales process client lifecycle management Global Trade Project Management workflows or Inventory Management required

• Experience of in-field art handling inventory rigging or other collections care activity is preferred but not required

• Skills - strong verbal and written communication skills; attention to detail; able to work collaboratively across the organization; strong work ethic; time management; solutions driven

• Must be able to travel/report to Crozier & Client locations within market as needed

• Pay: $60600.00/an (**This position is not Commission-Based and is Bonus Eligible.)

• Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM

• Location: Hybrid (setting reporting to Arlington TX location weekly)
