Intake Specialist
Baltimore MD (Hybrid: 2 days in-office 3 days remote)
$21$24/hour

Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for families ensuring they qualify for services and understand the process.
Gather necessary documentation from patients and caregivers maintaining accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate state assessments and pursue authorizations to ensure timely service delivery.
Build positive relationships with patients caregivers and state agencies through excellent communication and follow-up.
Requirements:
Responsibility: Proven ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines without supervision.
Assertiveness: Comfortable advocating for families and ensuring smooth workflows.
Self-Motivation: Ability to take initiative and consistently deliver results.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
